Before you buy
Do I need ID?
If you look under 25, yes. We only sell fireworks to adults aged 18 and over, and we won’t sell to anyone buying for someone younger. We accept PASS-hologram cards, passports and UK photocard driving licences.
Can I order online?
No. Every sale happens in person at the shop on Melton Road, and the prices are at the counter. Save fireworks to My list to show us what you’re after.
Which ones suit a small garden?
Category F2 fireworks are made for confined spaces like gardens. Category F3 need a large open area. The category is printed on every box, and we can help you choose.
Where can I let them off?
On private land, with the owner’s permission. Never in the street or another public place, and that includes sparklers.
Are sparklers fine for children?
Not for under-fives. Older children need an adult with them, gloves on, and the sparkler held at arm’s length. We sell sparklers to adults only.
